Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent out with a signature required courier service, unless requested otherwise. Please let us know if you would prefer to receive your order as a non-signature courier.
Should your order not arrive in a reasonable time frame, please get in touch with our customer service representative and they will track your courier package and provide you with the designated number for your future reference. International shipping is also available on request. In both cases, please flick us a line at email@example.com or call 021 190 2125.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your order didn’t arrive in a satisfactory fashion or wasn't quite what you had expected, please get in touch and we will try our very best to resolve the issue and put a smile back on your face.

Should there be a problem with merchandise, accessories, or coffee equipment, please send these back to us within 14 days of the shipment date to the address below:

Please note that merchandise, accessories and coffee equipment must be returned in their original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping costs.
